About The Position

Santikos is looking for Cast & Crew members to provide our guests with exceptional service at our Silverado location. This position involves greeting guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a personable voice. You will welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude, serve guests at concession while handling food and following safety and sanitation procedures, stock and restock condiment and concession stations, and clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms. Additionally, you will be responsible for removing trash and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. For Alabama applicants aged 21 and over, you will need to possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos' Alcohol Service Policy and procedures, verify guests' legal drinking age, accurately take and prepare guest orders, and maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience is helpful but not required.
• For Alabama applicants 21+: current Alabama RVP license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, friendly smile, and personable voice.

• Stock, check, and restock all condiment and concession stations.
• Clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms.
• Remove trash, sweep, mop, wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails in a fast-paced manner.
• For Alabama applicants 21+: Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages.
• Accurately take and prepare guest orders.
• Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area.
