About The Position

The Casino Supervisor (Poker) at Commerce Casino is responsible for overseeing daily gaming operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining the integrity of casino games. This role involves managing floor staff, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in casino gaming operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Knowledge of casino gaming rules and operations.
• Ability to monitor and communicate professionally with employees of all levels.
• General knowledge in gaming regulations, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to operate with ethics and integrity, resolve conflicts, and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Oversee daily gaming operations for all casino games as assigned by the Shift Manager.
• Ensure that games are running smoothly in assigned gaming areas and assist in resolving gaming disputes.
• Provide recommendations in the issuance of comps and guest complaint resolution.
• Maintain integrity of all Casino Games consistent with Company policies and procedures.
• Monitor floor staff's performance in responding to customers' needs to ensure alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Report any unusual situations or problems involving customers or employees to the Shift Manager and make recommendations regarding solutions.
• Maintain communication with the Shift Manager and other floor personnel about suspicious or unusual activity.
• Comply with BSA/AML policies and procedures.
• Perform all other work-related duties assigned by Casino Management.
