About The Position
The Casino Shift Manager reports directly to the Director of Table Games and is responsible for the operation of their assigned pit during assigned shift having supervisory authority over all personnel in their assigned pit. They are responsible for adhering to this System of Internal Controls and federal cash reporting requirements. Has the ability to sign Requests for Fill/Credit slips, table opener/closer, temporary opener/closer, and federal cash reporting documents. In addition to providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.
