About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing role.
• 2 years of experience in slot or beverage operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational ability.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to respond calmly in stressful situations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with the public in a direct customer contact position.
• Familiarity with Caesars Brand programs and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports team member development with training programs and established methods.
