About The Position

Casino Services Representative provides excellent guest service and players club related functions for all Total Reward card members. Performs monetary transactions for all casino customers. The role includes cashing checks, chips, coins, and coupons, issuing jackpots to the slot department, and managing table fills and credits to table games. The representative is responsible for loading or replenishing NRT machines as needed and maintaining accurate records of all transactions per gaming regulations, company/department policy, and internal controls. The position may require functioning as a general cashier or specialty banker based on business demands, ability, and experience while taking care of all Total Rewards related functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment are essential. The representative must maintain the accountability of the cashiers' cage in accordance with internal controls and state gaming commission requirements, create an exciting atmosphere for guests, and promote the benefits of the Total Rewards Program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Minimum one year experience as a Cashier or Teller, handling large sums of money.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a MS gaming permit.
  • Ability to do simple math.
  • Typing speed of at least 20 wpm.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service and players club related functions for Total Reward card members.

  • Function as a general cashier or specialty banker based on business demands.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Assist guests with information and promote the benefits of the Total Rewards Program.
  • Respond professionally and calmly in all situations.
  • Assist in preparation of reports as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all matters regarding guests and team members.
  • Assist in support of bus operations and greet arriving buses.
  • Anticipate needs and provide fast, flawless service.
  • Check for guest satisfaction and resolve problems using the Service Recovery process.
