About The Position
As a Players Club Representative at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, you will play a crucial role in promoting the Choctaw Rewards Club by informing players about benefits, offers, and special events. This position requires a strong customer focus, as you will often be the first point of contact for new customers and will assist regular casino patrons with their requests. You will report to the Players Club Shift Supervisor or Department Manager.
