About The Position

The primary objective of a Casino Host is to identify, attract, retain, assist and cultivate players with high-level potential for slot and Table Game play. Casino Hosts acts as liaisons between customers and the Director of Marketing. A Casino Host helps build our customer base and assists in attracting new demographics as opportunities present themselves.

Requirements

  • Previous Casino Host experience (Highly preferred)
  • 2 years minimum casino or other customer-related experience.
  • High school or equivalent GED required.
  • Must be computer literate and have MS Office skills (including Outlook, MS Word and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a Colorado Gaming License.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
  • Ability to adjust to and manage change effectively.
  • Must be able to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our internal and external guests.
  • Positively affects interactions with guests and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions.
  • Provides complimentary to players for free play, food and beverage based on company policy.
  • Reviews and monitors all current marketing promotions through guest interaction.
  • Locate and cultivate guests and players with VIP potential, increase share of wallet and loyalty to Bally's Black Hawk Casinos.
  • Implements Marketing promotions with direction from the Director of Marketing.
  • Create networking at restaurant, business meetings, and misers to build and cultivate a new demographic for Slots and Table Games.
  • Assist Marketing department in casino promotions and with the implementation or recognition programs for premium players.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
