About The Position
The position involves greeting Guests, recognizing frequent Guests, and ensuring they have information on how to contact any Host for future needs. The role includes explaining promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all Guests, as well as the benefits and privileges of using a player's card. The individual will be responsible for improving Guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, and maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP Guests. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. The role relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks, and may lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The individual will also have the ability to approve credit and manage reinvestments in Guests, develop and increase Guest visits and play habits, file events based on play criteria, and acquire new and inactive business.
