About The Position

Job Purpose: Keeps parking structure and outside grounds surrounding casino clean and safe Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Keeps parking structure and outside grounds surrounding casino clean and safe by routinely picking up, compacting and disposing of trash and debris around the building, parking structure and parking area, sweeping parking area and maintaining orderly, clean appearance of grounds. - 80% Maintains safe work and storage areas by observing established safety standards while using compactor, forklift or other available work tools. - 10% Assists the Groundskeeping Supervisor by performing other duties as assigned. - 10% Job Specifications: Education and Experience: Essential: CA Drivers License in good standing Desirable: Janitorial or grounds maintenance experience Skills and Knowledge: Essential: Ability to operate compactor and forklift Ability to communicate effectively in the English language Ability to read in the English language Ability to climb and stand on ladders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to reach, crouch, and bend Ability to appear for work on time Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to maintain professionalism and composure Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions Ability to accept constructive criticism Desirable: Multi-lingual Supervisory/Managerial Accountability: Direct: None Indirect: None

Requirements
