About The Position
The Casino Floor Attendant plays a crucial role in the Guest Services Department, assisting the Casino Shift Supervisor to ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with established policies and procedures. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The attendant must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, serving as a role model for other employees and promoting positive guest relations. The role involves monitoring guest activities, reporting any irregularities or discrepancies, and addressing guest complaints effectively. Additionally, the attendant is responsible for verifying payouts and jackpots, servicing minor electronic gaming machine malfunctions, and ensuring that all gaming machines are functioning properly. Adherence to regulatory standards and internal control policies is essential, as is the ability to foster a fun and respectful environment among guests and staff alike.
