About The Position

The Casino Customer Service Representative (CCS) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the Casino Marketing Teams. This position involves assisting customers with various reservation needs, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction while adhering to company standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-year customer service or sales experience.
  • Stable work history and computer literacy.
  • Ability to type and communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Pleasant speaking voice and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable and punctual with a flexible working schedule.
  • Ability to work in high and low stress areas and close quarters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Windows-based PC applications.
  • Experience with LMS and/or Microsoft Windows preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with reservation needs including booking, modifying, and canceling various services such as rooms, suites, golf, shows, limos, air, and restaurant reservations.
  • Follow department selling strategies, including rate quoting and multi-property cross-selling.
  • Maintain high levels of sales and service skills to meet department standards on Quality Assurance.
  • Perform daily tasks related to booking, changing, or canceling reservations and cross-selling services.
  • Communicate clearly and demonstrate enthusiastic service to customers.
  • Adhere to department punctuality, attendance, and appearance guidelines.
  • Safeguard customer confidentiality and privacy according to company standards.
  • Handle all incoming customer transactions promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed.
