About The Position

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Maverick Gaming properties in Washington operate in compliance with all applicable State of Washington regulations, standards, and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) to support long-term organizational success.

This position is Part time
Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age.
• Must obtain a Washington State Gambling License.
• Must have Title 31 Training. Experience a plus.
• Must have auditing experience.
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Honesty and Integrity.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Comply and enforce all policies, procedures, regulations and laws pertaining to gaming in the state of Washington.
• Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to company business.
• Maintain multiple property Internal Controls.
• Perform AML audits and file Currency Transaction Reports.
• Monitor and maintain email.
• Maintain the Washington State Self Exclusions log and notifications.
• Perform related and/or other duties as assigned.
• Microsoft Excel experience (Functions, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables).
• Strong verbal and professional written communication skills.
