About The Position

The Casino Cocktail Server at Seminole Classic Casino is responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests throughout the property, ensuring a positive guest experience. The casino, which pioneered Indian gaming, features over 1,000 state-of-the-art slot machines and offers a variety of live table games. The role emphasizes unparalleled service, treating every visitor as a guest in one's home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certificate in Mixology.
• I.P.S. certification and Sanitation certification is preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities.
• Ability to deliver a service level that creates a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serve drinks, and collect payments in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.
• Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.
• Adhere to beverage control procedures.
• Follow all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by notifying management of concerns.
• Promote positive guest and team member relations.
• Adhere to the property's Beverage Icon standards and expectations.
