About The Position

The Luxor Casino Cashier Representative's role involves enhancing the service experience through accurate processing of customer and inter-departmental monetary transactions, delivering excellent guest service, and promoting the MGM Rewards program. By delivering exceptional customer service you will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Nevada State Gaming Registration
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
• One (1) year of previous bank teller or casino cage experience preferred
• Proficiency in fundamental mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and money handling

Responsibilities

• Executes Casino Credit Policies including marker payments, issuance, deposits, and withdrawals
• Executes Chip Bank duties such as Fills and Credits to the Pit and in the Cage
• Ensures security of Company assets, including cash, chips, and tokens throughout the shift
• Promotes, educates, and facilitates guest enrollment into the MGM Rewards program, MyVegas rewards program, and MGM Rewards Mastercard program
• Issues FREEPLAY, complimentary play coupons, and adjusts tier credits for guests as per company policies
• Uses thorough knowledge of the Company's AML/Suspicious activity policy, promptly notifying Leadership of any unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or suspected theft
• Demonstrates principles of responsible gaming, consistently promoting GameSense to all guests
