About The Position

The Casino Cage Clerk will support guests, Casino Executives, and Corporate Credit by providing the necessary information for credit decisions. Depending on the property, the role may also involve assisting with safety deposit box tasks. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• High school diploma, or GED
• Prior experience in a banking environment

Responsibilities

• Provide credit applications to guests, inform them of required information, and review completed applications to ensure all necessary details are included
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Credit to ensure all credit checks are conducted thoroughly
• Create Players Club accounts for new guests, entering their biographical data, and updating existing accounts with any new information provided
• Conduct data research through Central Credit
• For properties with safety deposit boxes, open and close boxes for hotel guests and provide access during their stay
• Contact banking establishments to obtain bank ratings and verify issued checks, scan and record identification and signatures into the computer system
• Assist in completing and distributing Cage paperwork as needed
• Perform weekly audits of safety deposit boxes and report findings to cage management
• Gather information and record it on affidavits for executive review
