About The Position

As a Casino Cage Cashier at MGM Resorts International, you will be responsible for processing monetary transactions and exchanges with guests, playing a vital role in enhancing the guest experience. This position requires attention to detail and customer service skills to create memorable experiences for guests in a dynamic and exciting environment.

Requirements

  • Possesses a high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in cash-handling front-facing customer service roles.

Responsibilities

  • Handle basic transactions like exchanging money for chips and processing poker transactions.
  • Work in various areas like the main bank, high-stakes game areas, and employee service windows.
  • Cash checks, redeem chips and tickets, and handle foreign currency exchanges for customers.
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions and balance the cash at the end of your shift.
  • Help customers with general questions and manage safety deposit boxes.
