Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable using POS systems, mobile devices, and touchscreen technology
Basic math and cash handling skills
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
Must complete Alcohol Awareness training (S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S.)

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
ServSafe certification preferred

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly beverage service to all guests
Accurately enter and process orders using the POS system
Prepare drink setups and properly garnish beverages
Retrieve used glassware and maintain a clean, organized service area
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and internal controls
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service
Maintain active knowledge and compliance with S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training
Handle cash and maintain accurate server bank balances (if applicable)
Promote positive guest relations and respond professionally to guest needs
Maintain a polished, professional appearance in accordance with company standards
Attend required meetings and training sessions
Perform additional duties as assigned
