The Food and Beverage Barback will be responsible for the stocking, preparation and service of beverages including beer wine and spirits in the food venues, event and non-gaming spaces of the facility. This position is responsible to ensure that all guests receive a fast, friendly quality service experience. Duties will involve service of food and beverage items, collecting payment, cleaning and restocking in assigned venue. Each team member ensures that the work areas is clean, organized and ready for the start of service. They will follow instruction from Food and Beverage management to ensure the quality of food and beverage and excellence of service throughout their assigned shift.
