About The Position

The Casino Ambassador at 7 Cedars Casino plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and creating memorable experiences for guests. This full-time position involves maintaining rapport with customers, assisting in club enrollments, and promoting marketing events. The Ambassador is responsible for ensuring a high level of service on the casino floor and addressing guest inquiries and concerns effectively.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Two years of customer service experience; gaming experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to focus in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Public speaking skills and ability to use a microphone for promotions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to interface effectively with guests and team members.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Highly adaptable with a positive attitude towards change.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit a positive attitude and greet customers while answering inquiries.
  • Assist the Player's Club with special events, tournaments, and promotions.
  • Analyze player accounts and information to enhance customer experience.
  • Perform duties of a Totem Rewards Representative as needed.
  • Maintain daily tracking logs of customer interactions and events.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Support casino hosts with player development initiatives.
  • Utilize comps and amenities to reward players and build loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate headcounts in the VIP Lounge.
  • Inform customers about upcoming special events and promotions.
  • Maintain high visibility throughout the casino to engage with customers.
  • Identify potential club members from observations on the casino floor.
  • Approach customers professionally to encourage club enrollment.
  • Handle stressful situations with clients with tact and politeness.
  • Exercise confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned and follow safety regulations.
