About The Position

The position involves preparing the rig floor area for various operations and conducting function checks on all casing handling and running tools. This is essential for enabling operational activities such as picking up, laying down, running, retrieving, connecting, tripping, standing back, and disconnecting all components of the casing drill string, completion string, and drill pipe when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the rig floor area for operations.
• Conduct function checks on casing handling and running tools.
• Enable operational activities related to casing and drill pipe.
• Pick up and lay down components of the casing drill string.
• Run and retrieve components as needed.
• Connect and trip components of the drill string.
• Stand back and disconnect components when required.
