About The Position

The Casing Crew Pusher is responsible for overseeing the installation of casing on drilling rigs. This role ensures the integrity and safety of the well by managing a team of casing crew members and coordinating activies on the job site.

Requirements

• Good physical condition and strength.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• At least 5 years of experience working as Crew Pusher on Casing Crew.
• Experience in operating Casing Running Equipment.
• Experience with Mechanical and Hydraulic CRT's.
• Self motivated and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to rise to challenges and develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the casing crew
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect, test, and install casing and tubing as needed.
• Assist with the rigging up and down of all casing related equipment.
• Provide maintenance and certification documentation.
• Conduct pre and post-job safety analysis checks.
• Identify and report any issues with equipment or personnel.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
