The Cashier position involves processing Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, which includes verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering various membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting different forms of payments. This role requires providing excellent member service efficiently and productively, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the front-line department. Team Members are expected to carry out assigned job functions and responsibilities, support club policies and procedures, strive for flawless execution, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. The role also involves delivering service excellence to Members, resolving and de-escalating concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive experience. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized) is essential. Team members should also understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and see the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact.
