Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Food Handler’s Certificate (required)
- ServeSafe Certification (can be obtained through internal training)
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Friendly, service-minded attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Nice To Haves
- Cashier or customer service experience in food service, college campuses, healthcare, hospitality, or fast food
- Comfortable working independently in the front-of-house
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students, faculty, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Operate a POS system including registers, scanners, and card terminals
- Accurately handle cash, cards, refunds, and exchanges
- Keep your station and dining area clean and organized
- Help restock grab-and-go items and assist with light food prep
- Maintain transaction records and complete daily cash reports
- Step in to support the team with additional duties as needed
