About The Position

Overview: For this position, Happy Daz Restaurants is seeking friendly and upbeat professionals that thrive in a fast-paced work environment and aim to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Cashiers will g reet guests as they enter the restaurant and build positive relationships with patrons Prioritize a q uality c ustomer e xperience with a f riendly a pproach and e fficient t ime m anagement Develop a t horough k nowledge of f ood and beverage m enu Cashiers will a ccurately r ing up customer orders and b ag or tray all f ood and b everag e items , per c ustomer o rder Cashiers will process payments at the point-of-sale system by e fficiently and r esponsibly h andling c ash and c redit c ard t ransactions Regularly a ssist with s tocking, o rganizing, and c leaning the dining room Cashiers will deliver food to dine-in guests, as well as clear away trays Sanitize tables, seats, and food trays Follow all s afety and s anitation p rocedures per c ompany p olicy, in a lignment with h ealth d epartment r egulations Effectively c ommunicate with k itchen and m anagement to p rovide q uality c ustomer s ervice Required Qualifications: 1+ years Previous c ash h andling and c ustomer s ervice e xperience p referred Enthusiasm for c ustomer s ervice and a g uest- f irst m entality Basic c omputer l iteracy Basic m ath s kills Must be 16 to What We Offer: Happy Daz provides a fun and family-friendly work environment. Requirements

  • 1+ years Previous cash handling and customer service experience p referred
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Basic math skills
  • Must be 16

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and build positive relationships with patrons
  • Prioritize a quality customer experience with a friendly approach and efficient time management
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • Accurately ring up customer orders and bag or tray all food and beverage items, per customer order
  • Process payments at the point-of-sale system by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Regularly assist with stocking, organizing, and cleaning the dining room
  • Deliver food to dine-in guests, as well as clear away trays
  • Sanitize tables, seats, and food trays
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulations
  • Effectively communicate with kitchen and management to provide quality customer service
