POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service role is to assist and support the Administration Department -- by ensuring that high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained by the Front-End personnel and assists the department and Front End Manager as needed. Supervising the Front-End Staff (cashiers, sackers, go-backs, and maintenance). Customer Service provides customer service and cash handling in a retail store environment. The role is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values.
