About The Position

Join NEXCOM as a Cashier in Lemoore, CA, at Naval Air Station Lemoore. As a Cashier, you will be a team player dedicated to supporting the local Naval community and contributing to daily operational successes, making an impact on how the organization serves its military patrons and their families.

Requirements

  • Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs.
  • Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service.
  • Maintains store appearance.
  • Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer.
