The Cashier processes Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering various membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting different forms of payments. This role provides excellent member service efficiently and productively, and maintains the overall cleanliness of the front-line department. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, ensure a safe and positive environment for members and each other, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also expected to deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe experience. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards is required. Team members should understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and recognize the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact.
