Responsibilities
- Take customer orders over the phone and in person
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with those duties while still being fluent in Safe Food procedures
- Maintain all safety procedures in the restaurant
- Maintain fast, fresh service to carry out/delivery personnel
- Receive payments and make change correctly
- Insure packaging will keep all food fresh and hot and correctly done
- Maintain side work and assist other staff members as needed
- Keep the carry out area well organized and clean
- Exceed our guest's expectations
