The Cashier position involves processing Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering various membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting different forms of payments. The role requires providing excellent member service efficiently and productively, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the front-line department. Team Members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, achieve goals with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards is expected, including maintaining a grand opening look, stocked items, accurate signage, and a clean and organized club. Team members should also understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for their department and see the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact.
