Under the direction of the Recreation and Special Events Manager, along with the Head Lifeguard, operates the cash register and collects fees for pool admission or season passes. The City of Live Oak is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Cashier . This position is seasonal, with work hours from May through August. Candidates should also have the ability to work a varied schedule, which includes holidays, weekends, mornings, days, and evenings up to 40 hours per week as assigned. Weekly scheduled hours may vary and are not guaranteed. New and Returning Staff Members - Incentive Pay up to $400 Pay Rates : 1st Year Lifeguard/Cashier - $14.50 () 2nd Year Lifeguard/Cashier - $15.50 () Sr. Lifeguard - $16.50 () Lifeguard – Headguard - $20.00 () () Depending on experience. () New and returning staff members are eligible for incentive pay up to $400. Incentive pay is awarded based upon the successful completion of hours worked below, and the agreed upon summer completion date.
