This job performs cashier and food service duties according to detailed instructions and established standards of correct cash handling procedures; and reports all customers concerns to supervisor. Responsibilities

• Takes action towards meeting customer satisfaction goals by greeting customers, patients, and family members in a warm a warm and friendly manner
• Effectively operates cash register using the point of sale system and ensure accurate payment collection
• Balances a cash drawer accurately
• Performs non-cashiering duties during downtime
• Other related duties as required.
• Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
