About The Position
A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member plays a critical role in helping Natural Grocers be a place where food quality, affordability, and health are prioritized. This multifaceted entry-level position involves stocking, greeting, cashiering, promoting special events, and the one-of-a-kind Nutrient to Know About program. The role offers the opportunity to utilize people skills, a passion for talking and learning about nutrition, energy, and excitement. The company seeks individuals enthusiastic about helping people and the environment. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- STRONG people skills
- Retail experience
- Cashiering skills/Money handling
- Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications

Responsibilities
- Providing world class customer service
- Performing cashiering duties
- Providing support in various departments
- Supporting Company initiatives
