About The Position

The Ski Apache Cashier is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while accurately processing ticket, rental, and retail transactions using the resort's Point of Sale (POS) system. This role supports the smooth operation of the tickets, rentals, retail, or F&B by maintaining professionalism, adhering to cash-handling procedures, and assisting guests with purchases, inquiries, and resort information. Cashiers are expected to uphold Ski Apache's service standards and contribute to a safe, weing, and efficient environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior experience in cashiering, POS systems, or guest service preferred.
• Ability to read andprehend POS instructions and resortmunications.
• Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak ski season shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in ski resort, hospitality, or retail environments.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and SMS systems.
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
