Requirements
- You’ve spent time in the trenches of FOH/QSR and know exactly how a front counter should run.
- You’ve successfully trained fellow employees before and take pride in watching them succeed.
- You have an infectious, positive energy. You’re the person people want to work with.
- You have reliable transportation and a "let’s go" attitude about working at any of our locations within the market.
- You are obsessed with the guest experience. Period.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example at the front of house, delivering world-class service that keeps guests coming back.
- Onboard and mentor new cashiers across our local locations, ensuring they’ve got the skills, the speed, and the smile.
- Travel between our various locations in the area to troubleshoot service gaps and level up the guest experience.
- Infuse enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude into every team you work with.
