Requirements

• 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience.
• A 'get things done' mindset.
• Natural collaborator with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Enhance the guest’s experience by providing prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.
• Genuinely greet all guests with a friendly smile and assist them in locating merchandise.
• Invite guests to join the Guest Registry and explain the benefits.
• Handle purchase and return transactions following policies and procedures.
• Learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with guests.
• Emphasize brand direction and inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Participate in all store-related meetings and work towards exceeding sales and service performance goals.
