About The Position
Buc-ee's is opening a new location in Pass Christian, Mississippi in May 2025, and is seeking a Store Team Lead. The primary duties of the Store Team Lead include directing customer traffic to fast checkouts, serving as the first responder to customer inquiries, and directing the duties of cashiers and maintenance employees in the absence of their respective managers. Candidates must exhibit leadership, store knowledge, and strong communication skills to be considered for this role.
