Establishes and endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment Inc. in accordance with the Code of Commitment. Assists the Cashiering Assistant Manager in performance of duties and assumes full responsibility in their absence. When acting as an Assistant Manager, the Cashiering Supervisor cannot act as a Credit Representative. Monitors casino cashiering activities on the front line, in the specialty banks, in the main bank and redemption areas. Assists in the preparation and coordination of scheduling casino cashiering personnel. Works specialty bank or front line upon request. Position is located in a cigarette smoke environment. Monitors money room activities on the racing level. Redeems Sportsbook tickets when Sportsbook is closed. Cashiering supervisor may also act as a Credit Representative when a credit rep is not available and will have no credit approval responsibilities. Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages other to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Complimentary privileges within prescribed limits in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
