About The Position

The Cashier Staff position involves providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and questions, continuously incorporating positive customer-focused strategies. The role requires handling cash and trade transactions accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time position, scheduled for a minimum of 32 hours per week, requiring open availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and the ability to work 5 shifts per week. The staff must also maintain a clean and orderly counter area.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Motivation to serve our customers
• Able to efficiently and accurately complete sales transactions
• Ability to de-escalate situations that may arise in a retail work environment, working with the public
• Cash Handling and POS knowledge.
• Able to adapt to a flexible working schedule with early mornings, evenings, mid-shifts, and weekends
• Must maintain a clean, orderly counter area free of clutter, in front, on top, and behind
