In the kitchen, this is what we do... Portion and plate meals accurately behind the serving line, following standardized guidelines to ensure consistency in servings. Operate the cash register efficiently, selecting the correct buttons to accurately reflect each customer's order (button accountability) and maintain financial accuracy Maintain a clean and organized serving station, adhering to Pepi Foods Gold Standard kitchen expectations (clean, labeled, and organized) Monitor serving line inventory (e.g., plates, utensils, napkins) and communicate restocking needs to the Dining Center Manager Assist with light prep or restocking tasks during slower periods to support kitchen operations as directed Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP guidelines, to ensure safe handling and serving of food
