About The Position
General Job Description responsible for accurately recoring a customers order, processing the payment, getting the food to the customer, and maintaining an easy flow of orders in and out.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and specials
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments
- Communicate with cooks to ensure orders are correct and timely
- Double-check completed orders before handing them out
- Keep the front counter clean and stocked (napkins, utensils, condiments)
- Handle high-volume rushes without slowing down service
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain a tidy and presentable service area
