Team members are expected to engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and support Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also entails participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, managing merchandise recovery and returns, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies is required. The position emphasizes positive and respectful interaction with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Additionally, team members will be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
