Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older in certain states, or 21 years of age or older in others.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Physical ability to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background check.
• Friendly demeanor with a knack for making people feel welcome.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible in work ethic.
• Flexible and adaptable to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face that greets customers and ensures a pleasant shopping experience.
• Keep shelves stocked, displays appealing, and the store clean.
• Master upselling and suggestive selling to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals.

• Efficiently manage the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
