Shifts include: Tuesday: 7:00 am- 6:00 pm Wednesday: 7:00 am- 6:00 pm Sunday: 11am-4pm (last two Sundays of the month) (Schedule subject to change based on business needs) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides and ensures exceptional customer service; Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership; Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person; Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Office Manager; Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions; Performs other directly related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification. Requirements Job Requirements: Thorough knowledge of processing customer cash and paper transactions; Thorough knowledge of telephone, cash register features, credit / debit card processes; Skilled in handling sensitive inquires or complaints and resolving customer problems;
