Our busy Service Department needs to hire Full-Time CASHIER/RECEPTIONIST with great customer service skills to answer phones and assist our valued customer complete their transactions. Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good math skills and pays attention to details
- Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Be able to handle multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, provide pricing information and receive payments
- Receipt payments, including cash, check, credit card
- Route all incoming phone calls
- Close repair orders
- Balance of deposits, repair orders, and part tickets
- Perform other duties as need
