Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Balance cash drawers and assist with daily accounting tasks
• Support the sales and service teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
