About The Position
Reporting to our Office Manager, our Cashier/Receptionist is the first impression of our business to our customers. In this role, you’ll have the responsibility to ensure all customers coming through the door are welcomed, assisted, and excited to be at Palmen. You’ll also be expected to work with customers on billing and cashing out of their appointments. Having the ability to strive under pressure and fast paced situations is required of this person. The ideal candidate will strive to exceed the customer satisfaction benchmark and go above and beyond to ensure a positive dealership experience. Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
