Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely.
• Proficient in using basic office software and dealership management systems.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department.
• Process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
• Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions.
