Priority Honda Roanoke is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Cashier/Receptionist to support our busy service department. This role is critical to delivering a seamless customer experience—from check-in to checkout. Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous cashiering or receptionist experience (automotive preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy with transactions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Handle all service cashiering functions, including processing payments and closing repair orders
• Answer incoming service calls and direct them appropriately
• Assist service advisors and managers with administrative tasks
• Ensure accuracy in transactions and daily reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area
