The Cashier processes Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering various membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting different forms of payments. This role provides excellent member service efficiently and productively, and maintains the overall cleanliness of the front-line department. Team Members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, prioritize member needs, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, collaborate respectfully, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Responsibilities also include delivering service excellence, resolving member concerns, ensuring a safe and positive member experience, adhering to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards. Understanding departmental performance reporting and its impact on the business is also a key aspect of the role.
