About The Position
Paradise Pizza Inc, d.ba. Domino's, is a locally owned and operated company near the emerald coast in the panhandle of Florida, with over 30 years of experience. The company is looking for individuals with personality and people skills to join their fast-growing team. This role involves interacting with customers, taking orders over the phone, completing pick-up orders, and taking orders to customers' cars. Team members will be trained to make all Domino's products, including pizza, pastas, and sandwiches, quickly to ensure great customer experiences. The position is part-time, primarily nights, starting between 4pm-6pm and ending 8pm-10pm, 3-4 nights per week. Domino's emphasizes a supportive environment where team members are valued and have opportunities for advancement, potentially from delivery driver to franchise owner or management roles.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Great positive attitude.
- High Energy.
- 16+ years of age.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently resides near store location.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Help customers whether taking an order over the phone, completing their order when they pick up, or taking their dinner to their car.
